That’s why, when it comes to healthy eating, it all starts with food safety.

Food safety, or safe eating, as you wish, is the key and primary factor to protect your family and the planet’s resources.

I believe in a lifestyle where:

1- you´re in peace with your food,

2- and the food system.                               

A lifestyle, where you know so much about food, and the emotions behind your food choices, that you feel super duper confident to walk down the grocery aisle.

When you start to master the home food safety basics, you start feeling better prepared to cook safe meals for your family and learn how to prolong the food´s shelf life.

So now, what’s my WHY?

Why did I create this website? Why did I quit a well paid corporate career to dedicate myself to the final consumer?

My answer is: MEANING over MONEY!

After 17 years as a Food Engineer, consulting and investing in the food business, from A to Z, inside and outside of Portugal. And I decided to give a new direction to my career and my personal life. I was in deep need of a looooong break and a big change.

So, I took some sabbatic months, part of them traveling around, as a female solo traveler. That break gave me the clarity I needed to make a midlife career change. And use all my experience to serve the final food consumer- YOU!

My current mission is to bring you integrated food knowledge awareness. Remind you that we are part of all that is, remind you about your power and shared responsibility on self-healing caring about our global food system.

The world needs independent and free of conflict of interest* food literacy facilitators, and I´m ready to be one of them.

I’m a Food Engineer, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Published Author and a farm girl who grew up on a farm.

Farming, manufacturing, packing, labeling, selling and do food safety and food quality control, has been part of my education, passion, and profession.

I’m dedicated to helping you become the SMART AND HAPPY EATER you always wanted to be.

Despite all the food industry experience, I already had, by 2015, I felt that something was missing.

Then, it came on my way the course I always wanted to study Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching in New York.

As a Certified Health Coach, I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, Gluten-free, Paleo, Raw, Vegan, Macrobiotics, and everything in between.

I’m now able to develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
