MY FOCUS: I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life connect. Does stress at work or in your relationship lead you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or your lack of energy keep you from exercising? As we work together, we are going to review how all parts of your life affect your overall health.
MY FOCUS: is not to think about calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods, and I am not going to tell you what foods to eat and when to eat them.
Instead, I work with my clients to put them in touch with the needs of their own body, because I understand that life passes and your needs are going to change. I want to give you the tools to connect with your conscience and make the best decisions for yourself in any circumstance.

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition.
My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods.
Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

#6 The Energy of Food
Food has different qualities and energy properties, depending on where, when, and how it is grown; as well as the way it is prepared.
When we eat, we assimilate not only the nutrients but also the energy from the food – eating is simply a transfer of energy.
Ever notice how you aren’t as hungry when you spend a day at the beach or at a park? But when you are in front of a computer all day, you’re starving.
When you are at the beach, barefoot, surrounded by nature, soaking up vitamin D, you are absorbing prana, life force energy. Your personal cup of joy is being filled up. Therefore, you need less energy from food.
When you are in front of a computer for 5+ hours, indoors, especially during these uncertain times, you are working, giving away your energy. Additionally, technology tends to absorb our energy. You are being depleted multiple ways so you and your body, conscious or not, is thirsty, hungry, and wants to be re-filled with life force energy.
I’m going to help you increase your food awareness and your connection to food. Tuning in to these subtle things makes us more aware of how food affects us.
